Shopping for toddler shoes may become overwhelming, at times, with such a variety of brands, styles and materials on the market. When I shop for my toddler's shoes, I want to make sure I get the right pair .... the pair of shoes that is lightweight, durable, comfortable, soft yet sturdy, easy to put on, and of course, stylish. It would also be nice to get a good pair of a brand name shoe made in Italy or Spain, known for their outstanding quality and comfort, for under $100. I tried many brands, but the one that I favor the most is Primigi Kids. Their shoes are outstanding in every aspect. The most important factor is that Primigi makes all their shoes age appropriate.

Snowsuits by Deux par Deux

Every year Deux par Deux introduces new styles, colors and themes for their winter collection of snowsuits for infants and toddlers. This year I was so impressed by their collection, which I think, by far is the best collection ever... Bright colors, great patterns, beautiful embroidery, adventurous themes for boys, elegant and feminine touch-ups for girls, and lots of other cute details. It is great that Deux par Deux sells their snowsuits with all the necessary accessories included in the set,such as scarfs, mittens, and face/neck warmers, otherwise, it would be so difficult to find the ones that would well coordinate with the snowsuit. The matching Deux par Deux hats are sold separately. The snowsuits are durable, water resistant, wind resistant, and my favorite, stain resistant (just wipe the dirt off with a wet cloth or paper towel, and it is good as new). Overall, Deux par Deux snowsuits are the best ones on the market today, due to their outstanding designs, superior quality, functionality and comfort.

Kids Hats from MP of Denmark

There are so many choices when it comes to buying kids hats. It's hard to find that one hat that has it all, warm and comfortable, practical (and by that I mean stays put at all times) and fashionable, durable and of a superior quality (100% cotton vs. 100% polyester fleece).

I came across this amazing brand, MP of Denmark, that sells Balaclava Hats for babies and kids. I was a bit hesitant to purchase Balaclava Hats for my twins, since I was new to the brand and Balaclava Style. I 'googled' the brand to get more info about the brand, and the style. The facts amazed me. This is exactly the type of hat I was looking for. I bought the hats, and this was by far the best investment I've made for my twins' head wear. The hats are amazing. First, they are ultra soft 100% cotton, and that means no sweating while playing outside, which makes kids so uncomfortable that they try to pull off their hats (speaking from personal experience). Second, it is the easiest hat to put on/take off and takes just a few seconds. There are no ties to tie, it just slides on. Third, due to its perfect style and fit, it stays put at all times, and keeps the ears covered, protecting them from harsh winter elements (wind the most), even for the most active toddlers. But my favorite feature is that you don't need a scarf (kids hate to wear them) since the hat comes down the full length of the neck up to the collarbone, thus providing a full coverage. Last, but not least, you can machine wash it and tumble dry. I wash the hats over and over, and the colors stay bright, the hats keep their shape (no need to hand wash and reshape and flat dry....we, as busy moms, don't have that time) and the quality has not change a bit. The MP of Denmark Balaclava hats are just amazing. By the way, they are made in Germany. So far, I have not seen any retailer sell them, but on-line only.
