As you place your order, pre-order items are reserved for you and taken from available stock. Then, they gets hipped upon arrival in the store. Pre-ordered items are puchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. Any canceled orders/items are subject to cancellation fee. Pre-orders are not refundable,. but may be returned for a full instore credit or a size exchange.
